Study On The Problems Of College Students Entrepreneurship Policy In Yian County

With the acceleration of the process of globalization and the rapid development of China’s economy,innovative talent has gradually become the object of social favor.College students are a group of higher education and a stronger sense of innovation,which has strong adaptability to the development of science and technology society.Entrepreneurship refers to students based on their own knowledge and skills,through the integration of the resources,find opportunities and seize the opportunity to break the shackles of the employment resources and obtained wealth,to realize the value of life.The State encourages students own businesses,aims to cultivate new talent,through the government to formulate relevant policies,and provide related entrepreneurship training,in order to stimulate the potential of college students entrepreneurial.Research on College Students’ entrepreneurship has become an important issue facing the country,how to develop effective entrepreneurship policies to help students better for business,and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship has become the focus of more and more scholars to study content.In this paper,the Communist Youth League yianxian board as the research object,through the research on the status quo of college students entrepreneurship yian xian board policy,analyze the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.This study contributes to a clearer understanding of the Communist Youth League yian xian board about the existence of College Students’Entrepreneurship Policy and the reasons for the problems,so as to develop more effective measures for university students to entrepreneurship has a positive role in promoting.Based on the other scholars’ research on entrepreneurship policy problems of college students,through the concept of entrepreneurship policy definition,and expounds the students of entrepreneurship policy,and related theory of entrepreneurship,through the study of analysis and evaluation of the status of enterprise policy of Yi’an County students,find out the existing problems and reasons of College students’ Entrepreneurship Policy in Yi’an county the proposed on the implementation of entrepreneurship policy suggestions in Yi’an county.
