In recent years,due to the national policies and the expansion of college enrollment,the number of college graduates in northeast Ghina has been on the rise,but the demand of enterprises for talents is not increasing day by day,and the graduates cannotreach the ideal employrment status.As old industrial bases,the three northeastern provinces have a large proportion of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,it is of far-reaching practical significance to study and solve the employment problem Of college students in northeast Ghina.Through the "Report on the Employment Quality of College Graduates" and the statistical data released by the three provinces in Northeast China,the factors affecting the employment of college students in Northeast China are analyzed from the employment status and employment trends of graduates.However,due to the lack of some indicators,the missing data indicators use the results of the questionnaires on the factors affecting the employment of college students in Northeast Ghina.The index system is constructed according to the principle of index selection,and the appropriate analysis and evaluation model is selected.Based on the analysis of factors influencing the university studentsl employment in northeast China the main four problems:using multiple linear regression model to analysis and evaluation,because there are not enough samples has strong linear correlation between indicators,the solution is through regression analysis,back in all influencing factors affecting the most significant indexes tu evaluate;2.In terms Of the acquisition of evaluation index data,some evaluation indexes have no reference data.The solution is to process and analyze the indexes at all levels through the questionnaire survey results of college students in northeast China and the analytic hierarchy process.3.The judgment matrix constructed by the analytic hierarchy process involves expert scoring,but experts in employment are hard to find.The solution is to replace the result of expert scoring with the weighted average score of college students in the effective questionnaire,4.There is a situation that the fractions obtained according to the weighted average of students' scores are not enough decimal points,which makes it difficult to evaluate and calculate.The solution is to use the method of rounding the weighted average of students' scores to the integer value to analyze and calculate the index results.The results show that There is a strong correlation between the factors affecting the employment of college students in northeast China;2.The employment proportion of male college students in northeast China is negatively correlated with the employment rate,while the employment proportion of class A units is positively correlated with the employment rate;3.Comprehensive ability and personal growth expectation have the most serious impact on the employment of college students in northeast China.Social environment and professional and individual differences have a more serious impact on the employrment of college students in northeast China.The innovation of the article is that the problems from the Angle of community employment integrity assurance,rather than the previous studies from a link or a local graouates or unit of choose and employ persons to inspection,this can affect college students' employment in northeast China from students themselves,colleges and universities,job market,economic,social,global generalization of overall analysis,and in accordance with the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are given.
