With the acceleration of the pace of urbanization,the rural primary school moral education management is facing more and more severe challenges.In recent years,rural primary school moral education management and more attention than in the past has made some achievements,such as creating all kinds of work system,the establishment of high-quality team of teachers of moral education,various disciplines actively cooperate together to carry out moral education,moral education has become more and more rich and colorful.Of course,we also have to face up to the management of moral education in rural primary school still has some problems,for example,can not carry out clear target orientation,making moral education management plan is not perfect,management can not be fully implemented in place,content updates and times not adapt the development of moral education,lack of innovative management methods etc..The existence of these problems is to further clarify the rural primary school moral education management,this paper takes Harbin city center of L University as an example,this paper discusses some problems of moral education,the management of rural primary school in rural areas with the current and summarize the characteristics of internal and external factors,the problems caused by the backward thinking,for example,the internal quality of teachers,the usual level of Co.teaching mode;the external social environment,family environment,farmers' economic interests and so on.The process of urbanization,rural primary school moral education management to enhance the effectiveness,should completely change the concept,through the statistical analysis of L center school by questionnaire and we found that L is the only Center School of modern management method,the moral education must work the important status,strengthen the process of management,the implementation of a comprehensive good supervision,the construction of campus culture,optimize the educational environment,strengthen the construction of spiritual culture,update the moral education curriculum content using scientific and effective methods of moral education,enrich moral education management mode,strengthen the moral construction of organization and management,in order to solve the existing problems in the work of moral education management,to make up for the deficiencies and defects,enhance the effectiveness of moral education management.To achieve a multiplier effect.Through the study of this paper,the rural primary school how to strengthen the management of moral education has a clear direction and goals,to optimize the quality of moral education of primary school students in Harbin,improve the quality of moral character,have a positive and effective role in promoting.
