| As the largest group of primary and middle school teachers in our country,the professional level of rural teachers will have a significant impact on the quality of basic education and the overall quality of the people.In the existing research,the influence of economy,environment and culture in rural areas hinders teachers’ professional development.In recent years,the state has paid increasing attention to the construction of teaching staff in rural areas.More and more high-quality young teachers have joined the ranks.Following the issuance of the Opinions on Vigorously Promoting the Construction of Rural Compulsory Education Teachers,the professional growth of rural teachers is paid more and more attention by all parties.The fundamental purpose is that explore the growth course of rural young teachers and find the way of the professional growth of rural young teachers from some rural schools with better overall professional growth of young teachers.Therefore,this study takes a fast developing rural primary school as an example.The rural primary school has a group of young teachers with superior education degrees and good professional development.Going to the school,approaching the teachers,entering the classroom,this study uses interviews and observations to obtain the first-hand information.Based on the stages of teachers’ development,three young teachers with excellent professional qualities and rapid growth have been chosen as the main research subjects,from the five years,the ten years and above the ten years of teaching experience,from the first education,the highest education,gender,work experience,current development,and the recognition of colleagues and students’ parents and students,etc..The method of case study is used to analyze the cause of professional development,find patterns and make recommendations.This research is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,research significance,literature review,research ideas,research object selection and methods and so on.The second part is about the course of professional growth of young teachers in rural primary schools.The third part analyzes the influential factors on the professional growth of young teachers in rural primary schools from the school level and the individual level.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the professional development of young teachers in rural areas from the aspects of innovation and leadership consciousness,improving management mechanism,ensuring the quality of teachers’ training,creating a good atmosphere for learning,strengthening the motivation of teachers’ development,strengthening the building of teachers’ ethics,and strengthening the training of teachers’ pre-work;Post-work study and insisting on teaching reflection.The fifth part expresses the demands of young teachers’ growth in different stages. |
