It has become a realistic requirement to development the rural education by famous teachers’ studios to promote the rapid professional growth of young teachers in rural primary schools with the progress of the times and the development of network information technology.This study took four famous teachers’ studios of provincial primary schools and their related personnel as the research object in Guizhou Province to lead the studios to promote the young teachers’ professional growth better in rural primary schools.It focus on what work had been done.Such as,how to promote the young teachers’ professional growth in rural primary schools?What support of the studios has provided? What results had been achieved? What are the main influencing factors? What is the significance of the influencing factors?What are the shortcomings? How to improve it to make the studio better to promote the young teachers’ professional growth in rural primary schools?This study carried out work from four aspects to solve the problems above.Firstly,collated and summarized the literature materials about the famous teachers’ studio and teachers’ professional growth to puts forward the research topic,defines the relevant core concepts and theories,and selects the appropriate research methods.Secondly,its mainly by participation,observation,recording,induction,statistics and exposition to learn about the work situation of the famous teachers’ studios promoted the teachers’ professional growth through in-depth investigation.Thirdly,it used the combination of qualitative research as the forerunner and quantitative research to conduct for in-depth analysis.On the one hand,interviewed four famous studio’s hosts,analyzed the current situation of famous teachers’ studios promoting the professional growth of young teachers in rural areas by Nvivo12 plus software with the qualitative research method,then classify and summarize the support provided,the influencing factors and achievements about the famous teacher’s studios to promote the young teachers’ professional growth in rural primary schools according to the method of three-level coding of the rooted theory.On the other hand,demonstrated significance of the supporting provided influencing factors and the results achieved deeply about the famous teachers’ studio promote the young teachers’ professional development in rural primary schools by using the method of quantitative research.Finally,presented some suggestions about how the famous teachers’ studio should promote the young teachers’ professional development.Such as,continue to consolidate the basic position of education and teaching skills,comprehensively expand the communication channels of educational cooperation and communication,constantly strengthen the supporting role of education and teaching theory,and strive to seek the key path of education and scientific research,and focus on the core essentials of professional positive psychology.There are two conclusions according to the study results and the comprehensive discussion.The first one is famous teacher’s studios should give full play to their initiative,form internal and external joint forces,and introduce more high-quality resources to the outside world,continue to increase the training and support for the young teachers’ professional positive psychology,education and teaching skills,educational cooperation and exchange of in rural primary schools.Its in order to provide healthy,positive,skilled and cooperative teachers to the educational cause.Secondly,the famous teachers’ studios should pay more attention to the supporting and guidance of educational scientific research and teaching theory field of the young teachers in rural primary schools.It’s in order to train and transfer high-quality teachers with solid educational theoretical knowledge and strong scientific research ability to the cause of education.In a word,committed to promote the rural primary schools’ young teachers’ professional growth in all directions and in many fields to develop the education in rural is the core of the work of the famous teachers’ studio. |
