The teachers'professional development has been an important research topic which is being paid close attention to in recent years in the international teachers'education field, and it's also the strategic demands of China on how to enhance the quality of the people with the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education. Teachers are the most important teaching resource. One of the key points on developing the education in rural area is to reinforce the teaching staff team building energetically and improve their quality and professional level.This essay aims at working out practical and feasible tactics for the development of the young teachers in rural areas by carrying on the analysis and the synthesis to the former teacher specialized growth research results and combining the conclusion of investigation. The research contents include: young teachers'characteristic in rural areas, environment for specialized growth, present situation of specialized growth and the approaches of specialized growth. The research tries to discover some common laws through the analysis and the synthesis on the research result of the teachers'specialized growth together with the investigation to some examples. At present the countryside young teachers are facing the following difficulties: heavy teaching burdens, poor research conditions, the flaw of cooperation working conditions, the flaw of the ideal faith, the lack of training and study opportunity, the lack of effective researching management,, the deficiency of humanities concern and so on .The teachers are in a situation of low level of research, narrow study areas, not forming a habit of lifelong study. But there are some advantageous conditions, for example, the Chinese youth teacher proportion gradually increases, and they already have the habit of reconsidering, and also the new curriculum reform and comprehensively being carried out forms the strong propelling force.In view of this, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the young teachers and the surroundings, this research proposes the effective approaches and strategy for the growth of the countryside young teachers from two aspects: the external environment and their own subjective diligent. As to the external environment support, the government and the society must provide a better condition for the countryside young teacher specialized growth, the school superintendent must create loose advantageous environment and the atmosphere for the young teachers'specialized growth. As to the teachers'own subjective endeavor, they should mainly use these four approaches to realize the professional growth of the young teachers in rural areas: choose to read and study accordingly----specialized knowledge self- construcition, develope the research of the original ecology, small topic , to make full use of the internet resources, compose the teacher's specialized diary.
