Discussion On The Mechanism Of Professional Social Workers Intervening In The Community Elderly

With the increasing degree of aging in China,the traditional way of old-age care has been unable to meet the basic needs of the elderly.The timely intervention of social work is bound to promote the professional development of China’s pension industry.At present,some communities in Beijing have begun to set up a center for the elderly,through the operation of specialized social work institutions to provide more professional services for the elderly.In order to make the social work between institutions and elderly residents to form a better interaction,and provide more targeted pension services,the need for social work institutions formed a perfect community elderly activity intervention mechanism.This paper uses qualitative research methods to explore the mechanism of X institutions involved in community activities for the elderly,to explore how to improve the X mechanism and intervention mechanism of residents to establish a good interactive relationship,and analyzing the cause in the intervention process,put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.In this study,the method of data collection,interviews,observation,the main body of the first line of interviews with social workers and community residents,to observe the specific services provided by the agency.The mechanism of X elements of institutions involved in community elderly activity mainly by the mechanism of social workers,volunteers and residents on behalf of the residents,workers provide services and manpower support,volunteers,representatives of local residents to assist residents in social service agencies,X through the integration of service concept,from the Hongkong family integrated service center,provides horizontal and vertical integration horizontal integration services,formed a diversified service pattern,vertical integration has formed in the elderly activity subject,expand to the young and middle-aged service object pattern.X institutions gradually improve their service mechanism,is attracting more residents to participate in community activities,we also expressed a strong interest in the activities of the new content.In addition,this paper extends the mechanism of the agency in the employment mechanism,the promotion mechanism and the professional construction mechanism through the mechanism of the intervention of the community elderly activities.In this paper,through the practice in the process of accumulation of material,try to sum up the framework of X institutions involved in community elderly activity mechanism,and through participation in service and observation on the services provided by the organisation of social workers to find the advantages and disadvantages of the intervention mechanism.In this study,we hope to be able to X mechanisms involved in community activities for the elderly,put forward improvement suggestions,so that residents and X community elderly activity center to establish more good communication and contact,and I hope to be able to social work agencies other mechanisms involved in community activities play a reference.
