From The Perspective Of Social Work Effect Of Social Organization Of Community Cultural Activities

With the rapid development of society, economic interests conflict and division at home and abroad cultural encounter and collision, the national ideology changes led to the emergence of various social problems. Social complexity has become an important stage of the social development of our country. Treatment of complex social problems, so that the government could not bear alone, need the social from all walks of life together to governance, as the link between the government and the masses, social organization has become a force to be reckoned with. Therefore the use of social organizations at all levels of government the dominant power, through the effective integration of social resources and the macro management of the government cooperation, improve the quality and quantity of public services to optimize the government function. In the face of the many social problems are highlighted the lack of community construction of soft power,with the people’s growing spiritual and cultural needs, community construction can not only stay in a single material, the important meaning of community culture construction is more and more prominent, especially in the urban and rural integration development, a large number of urban migrants has become the subject of community residents, complexity of the residents of the community, the diverse needs of the community culture activity is increasingly urgent. So the community social workers working in the face of this problem, effective links and coordination for community cultural needs and social resources, the realization of cultural activities can effectively meet the needs of the residents, it has become one of the effective ways to solve the community culture construction at present. In this paper, in the perspective of social work with social organizations involved in community activities, to explore the social organization of the new social resources in the construction of community culture, at the same time, the social work to play its in-depth understanding of the community,social organizations to help expand the community cultural activities in thecommunity, the community cultural activities to meet the diversified needs of residents. In order to prove this point of view, with the help of internship opportunities in Yijinhuoluo, by using the method of a large number of field investigation, questionnaire and interview, the social organization in Yijinhuoluo double park as an example, the qualitative research on the development status of Yijinhuoluo community culture to the cultural needs of community residents, the development of social organizations and residents the social organization of the understanding and evaluation etc..This paper mainly includes the following several aspects:The first part is the introduction including the research situation, the purpose and significance of the topic, research methods etc..The second part: including two chapters the first chapter is the main body, the development of the overall situation of Yijinhuoluo community cultural development and social organization in detail and through interviews with community residents to participate in cultural activities in the organizer and visited the investigation to understand their culture and social organization of the community awareness and evaluation, and through the questionnaire survey to the community residents demand for cultural activities, satisfaction and understanding, the social organization of the evaluation of statistical analysis, based on the analysis of the questionnaire,analysis of demand for local residents and social organization of this resource advantages and disadvantages of current culture in the community can be improved through other ways to optimize the community culture.
