Social Work Promotes The Practice Of Urban Community Social Organization Cultivation ——Take X Community Committee For The Elderly And The Young As An Example

In recent years,with the continuous promotion and support of the development of community social organizations by national and local policies,the development of community social organizations in my country has reached a new height and achieved certain results.However,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently,requiring the government and all sectors of society continued attention and focused support.Under the background of attaching great importance to social governance in the new era,social work cultivates community social organizations for participating subjects,takes root in the community,gives full play to professional advantages,and provides professional guidance.The new pattern of governance is of great significance.This article takes the community social organization cultivation practice of X community as a case study,adopts the data collection method of participatory observation method and interview method,and under the guidance of the theory of empowerment,it states the basic situation of the community and the background of social work intervention,and shows the social worker cultivation community.The intervention process of social organizations,on this basis,further discuss and analyze the problems existing in the practice process,and put forward the work strategies of social workers to cultivate community social organizations.The study found that the process of social workers cultivating community social organizations is mainly divided into three stages: one is the early stage of social workers entering the community,residents’ needs investigation,and service plan design;The third stage is the later stage of improving filing,linking resources,and evaluating effectiveness.Practice has proved that after professional social work is involved in the cultivation,individual ability can be increased,organizational ability can be improved,and the community can be developed in a diversified way.However,there are also low awareness and participation support of residents,excessive leading role of social workers,and sustainable organizational development.Sexual weakness in three aspects.In order to promote the long-term development of community social organizations,from the perspective of social workers,a work strategy for social workers to cultivate community social organizations is proposed from the perspective of individual,interpersonal and environmental.At the individual level,it is necessary to cultivate residents’ subject consciousness and enhance residents’ participation;clarify the role of social workers and promote the professional development of organizations;enhance the ability of organizational members and strengthen organizational capacity building.At the interpersonal level,it is necessary to strengthen the linkage of the "five clubs",consolidate the development of organizational interaction and cooperation;improve the organization’s ability to link resources,and build a support network for organizational development.At the environmental level,it is necessary to actively promote the government to improve relevant systems and mechanisms and increase support;promote extensive community participation and create a good atmosphere for organizational development.This paper believes that social work plays an important role in the cultivation of community social organizations,insisting on demand orientation is the key to promoting the development of community social organizations,and enhancing the ability of community social organizations is the basis for promoting community participation.
