Public colleges and universities is the base and cradle of our country's senior specialized talents training,which takes on the important task of teaching and scientific research,and its administrative management is the basic guarantee for the realization of the two functions of teaching and scientific research.Because most of the administrative work is performed by the basic level administrative staff,so the enthusiasm of the work of grassroots administrative staff has a greater impact on the efficiency of administrative work in Colleges and universities.However,for a long time,scholars have focused on the work of teachers and researchers to study the enthusiasm of the work of grassroots administrative staff to focus less attention.This article mainly uses the interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the literature analysis method,combines the observation method,the descriptive statistics method.According to the relevant theories of management and the author's observation and Reflection on the administrative management of colleges and universities for many years,the author designs the present situation of administrative work at the grass-roots level and measures the enthusiasm of the work.Through the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire survey and interviews,the author finds out the work enthusiasm of the grass-roots administrative personnel.Furthermore,the author analyzes the main reasons of the existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the work enthusiasm of the administrative staff in Colleges and universities.The following conclusions are drawn:1 Because of the influence of many factors,the enthusiasm of the work of grassroots administrative staff in Colleges and universities is generally low.2 The grassroots administrative staff of public universities work enthusiasm is generally low in the administrative work including public universities lack of internal promotion attractiveness,negative factors are difficult,salary is not high,the organization atmosphere,as well as other highlights for the grassroots administrative staff characteristic factors,a total of five aspects.3Proposed to improve the grassroots enthusiasm of recommendations:(1)Find the value and charm of the administrative work in Colleges and Universities;(2)raising wages,improve work plumpness;(3)competition in Promotion Mechanism;(4)improve the organizational climate,improving the ability of time management;improve the quality of University Human resource management;(5)to improve the quality of University Human Resource Management.
