Research On The Positive Problem Of The Administrative Staff In The Vocational Colleges In Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture Of Bayinguoleng

With the development of vocational colleges, the administrative work of vocational colleges is becoming more and more complex, the administrative staff of Vocational Colleges and universities is increasing, especially with the reform of personnel system in recent years, which further promote the basic administrative personnel to face the life conditions, academic promotion, job promotion and other difficulties and pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the work of administrative staff in vocational colleges, analyze the factors that affect the enthusiasm of the administrative staff in vocational colleges, and formulate corresponding measures to improve the efficiency and quality of administrative management in vocational colleges.This thesis is based on the work, life, study and health status survey questionnaire and interview in Mongolia Bayinguoleng autonomous prefecture(hereinafter referred to as "Bazhou"). Through survey data analysis, this paper shows that most of them are not satisfied with the job, which is generally considered to be less than the job, which is generally considered to be less than, the low level of professional promotion and personal development. The causes of these phenomena are many, not only the characteristics of the administrative work itself, but also the environmental impact of Bazhou area, as well as the shortcomings of the personnel system in Bazhou.Therefore, in order to improve the enthusiasm of the staff of the Bazhou vocational college, this paper puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the enthusiasm of the grass-roots administrative staff in Vocational Colleges from the aspects of strengthening national and local government policy support, ideological and psychological quality construction, Bazhou personnel system construction and the full use of various incentives.
