Classroom is an important place for teaching activities to carry out research on classroom teaching issues,will improve the teaching theory plays an important role in promoting.At present,efficient classroom concept has entered the middle school classroom,efficient classroom research is also increasing,but around the efficient classroom teaching problems and countermeasures research.This paper tries to find out the problems in the teaching practice of junior high school through the investigation and find out the causes of these problems and try to put forward the teaching strategies and suggestions to improve the language high-efficient classroom in junior middle schools.Through the investigation and research,this paper holds that the existing problems in the classroom of junior middle school language have the following five aspects: teaching concept in the concept of efficient classroom understanding of the one-sided,the implementation process of formalization;the teaching goal is unreasonable;the teaching content is complex,closed,the characteristics of the subject desalinate;the teaching method is not scientific.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the main factors that cause the existing problems of classroom teaching in junior high school are: personal factors of teachers,students’ personal factors and teaching environment factors.Teachers ’personal factors include educational philosophy,professional level and personality traits.Students’ personal factors include the psychological development of students,students of psychological development level of personality differences,students of physical and mental development stage.Teaching environment factors include classroom,school and society.According to the teaching problems and reasons of junior high school language teaching,this paper thinks that the improvement of junior high school language should be started from these aspects:First,with scientific educational philosophy as a guide.Should be clear the new curriculum standards for language teaching recommendations,establish a professional teacher,students develop the concept of growth,and establish the concept of education and teaching innovation.Second,innovation and efficient classroom teaching model.Through the standardization of existing efficient classroom teaching model,the development of efficient classroom achievement indicators,the establishment of school efficientclassroom research group,to create the school characteristics of efficient classroom teaching mode.Third,to enhance the efficient teaching of language teachers.To promote the development of teachers’ personality characteristics,to the efficient classroom elite teachers to experience,improve the incentive and punishment mechanism,strengthen the teaching objectives,carefully lesson preparation,standardize the design and use of the case study,attach importance to the development of teaching resources,strengthen the language teaching characteristics,improving the teaching ability of language teachers in efficient classroom.Fourth,to guide students to learn efficiently.Students are the master of the classroom,to respect the law of physical and mental development of students,students self-learning ability and habits,reasonable to build learning group.Fifth,to create an efficient classroom teaching environment.And strive to build a teacher and student equality,student classroom atmosphere,improve the school management mechanism,the development of school resources,to strengthen the efficient classroom social propaganda,to win social support.Sixth,the scientific use of classroom teaching evaluation.We should establish a sound listening system,diversify the evaluation of students,attach importance to the development of teaching evaluation,the use of good teaching evaluation of classroom teaching to promote the role. |
