With the rapid development of science and technology,and in order to adapt to the fast-paced information society,people had to learn through a variety of learning.To enrich themselves and meet their own needs.At the same time,with the popularity of smart phones,more and more people began to use their own free time to move learning.Learners use the mobile smart terminals,through a fast network to download a variety of software and resources,to meet the learning,work and interest needs.Mobile learning resources based on smart phones,are the integration and processing of data resources such as data information,text and video,and form a learning resource that satisfies learners' needs.In the wide range of mobile learning resources,curriculum mobile resources are a kind of mobile learning resources.Through the integration of curriculum resources,that processed into curriculum mobile resources,which is suit for the learners.That helps learners really realize the study in the free time,according to their own need for efficient learning of the curriculum knowledge,solve the curriculum in the classroom teaching deficiencies,and improve learners learning efficiency.At the same time,the development of curriculum mobile resources can also meet other interested learners of the course,finish the fragment the mobile learning through mobile phones such as smart phones,at any time,And really realize the sharing and promotion of the curriculum resources.Therefore,the design and development of the curriculum resources based on the smart phone,has far-reaching significance.This paper expatiates on the research background,the research significance and the current situation of the research on mobile learning resources at home and abroad by examining a large number of related literature.This paper analyzes and defines the relevanttheories and concepts from the theoretical level,and explores the theoretical basis of developing mobile learning resources.Taking the theory of informal learning,micro learning theory and fragmented learning theory as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the content of Television Camera,its structure of the knowledge and the characteristics of the current classroom teaching,and the characteristics of the learners.The design principles and design patterns of the mobile learning resource,and the design of the course are based on the smart phone,including the analysis and selection of the content of the course knowledge,the processing of the text,the graphic image,the audio,the video,the animation.The author has used the third-party software,Which could support the material editing and resource framework,media interaction,interface navigation design.According to the design of the Television Camera course based on the phone,This paper designed the model for the development of course content.This paper reviews the mobile learning resources of the Television Camera course,evaluates and improves the mobile resources through the feedback and suggestions of the testers.Then,the design and development of the mobile learning resources of the Television Camera course are summarized,including the main contents and innovations of this study.In the last,the author pointed out the shortcomings of the research,and write the process and the follow-up work that needs to be carried out in the future research.
