The key point of education informatization work in 2017 indicates that there is a need for us to build an education system of "network,digitization,individuation,and lifetime",and to build a learning society in which everyone could study everywhere and at all times.Also,it is a must to advance the online application and development of fragmented learning and mobile learning.Recently,the online education combining education and Internet is prospering.Therefore,it is significant to make full use of their spare time and select relevant knowledge,such as noun explanation,words,poems,formula,tables and so on,to build study module for closely combining with fragmented time.Creating a virtue scene in which junior students can study anywhere and at any time make students be able to study and test by themselves through easily module choosing.That means students can truly make full use of their fragmented time anywhere and at any time,and consult,memorize and review in time,credited to the creation of virtue scene of mobile platform based on the features of high popularity of mobile devices in junior middle students and their fragmented learning.For front-line teachers,the easy and quick functions motivate them use the platform as their assistant teaching tools and enhances the consciousness of teachers to use modern education technology to teach and utilize skills.In the study,after representing the advantages and development of WeChat small application,based on the theory about fragmented learning and mobile learning,the essay will discuss about opening up a learning platform for junior school's teaching,which eliminates the existing teaching APPs' difficult and profitable features.As a result,the platform makes it come true that teachers and students can teach or learn fragmented knowledge anywhere and anytime,combining physical course and online education and using "Internet +" to promote learning type considering one class as a unit.The paper will analyze the fragmented platform through feasibility analysis,the analysis of user's roles,the analysis of functional requirements and the analysis of non-functional requirements,and design the entirety systemically,design the database,design the content and design the interface,and finally make it come true and test it.After the completion of the development,the small-scale teaching experiments are conducted to basically meet the teaching function requirements of teachers and students.
