With the development of wireless network communication technology and the popularization of intelligent mobile terminal equipment,people's learning methods have also changed.The traditional learning in fixed classroom and fixed time is obviously unable to meet the learning at anytime or anywhere,while the intelligent mobile terminal equipment can get rid of constraints of the time and space,through a large number of network resources and services,and meet the people's personalized learning requirements,thus creating a new way of learning-Mobile learning.In mobile learning environment,more and more learners get some knowledge through scattered time.Especially for the college students,they have more scattered time and the learning location is not fixed.The intelligent mobile terminal has been one of their indispensable learning tools,thus triggering a new type of episodic learning method-fragmented learning.As a new learning model,fragmented learning can be used at anytime and anywhere to learn scattered and fragmented knowledge through diversified media,thus enhancing knowledge and improving skills.However,the factors of the learners' mobility and distraction,and the disorderly and scattered information of the network cause the learners unable to carry out a coherent and systematic study.How to guarantee the learners' learning effect in this fragmented and non-systematic learning has become the key problem that needs to be solved in the study of fragmented learning.Therefore,the paper hopes to understand the characteristics,advantages and deficiencies of fragmented learning by exploring the fragmented learning behavior of college students,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of fragmented learning.Firstly,on the basis of reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,with the guidance of lifelong learning and informal learning theory,it combs the related theories and concepts of fragmented learning and deepens the understanding of the basic characteristics of fragmented learning.Secondly,it has compiled the questionnaire of the present situation of the college students' fragmented learning,and selected 220 students of Soochow University as the investigation object,from the four dimension of learning resources,learning partnership,learning guidance and learning evaluation,to analysis contemporary college students' fragmented learning behavior,and some problems in the fragmented learning are summarized and combed.Thirdly,based on the "city writing of classical literature" on the curriculum platform of Soochow University,it conducts studies of fragmented learning behavior based on specific learning tasks to learn.The researcher hopes to understand the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the fragmented learning in the network course.Fourthly,in view of the qualitative research of the fragmented learning of 15 college graduates,in-depth interviews are carried out on the characteristics and harvest of fragmented learning.At the end of this paper,according to fragmented learning situation of College Students and from three degree of school,teachers and students,it proposes a strategy and method of improving and evaluating their fragmented learning ability.Through the above research,it is found that college students have a positive and optimistic attitude towards the spontaneous fragmented learning,and most of the students think that fragmented learning has enriched daily life,increased professional knowledge and widened career development.However,part of the fragmented knowledge,distraction,and interference with the system study also affect the fragmented learning.Fragmented learning based on curriculum is more likely to be favored by students with heavy workload.They can use idle time to get credit.However,some students have poor consciousness,lack of instant communication between teachers and students,which also make many difficulties in the process of fragmented learning.According to the qualitative interview of the college students,I found that fragmented learning has characteristics of distinct fragments,freedom and abundance.At the same time,as far as professional development is concerned,fragmented learning can enrich oneself,improve personal ability,understand the requirements of profession skills,strengthen the business level and keep growing in the work.Fragmented learning can enrich the industry in terms of life influence and cultivate more interests and hobbies,enrich life knowledge and life skills.Therefore,in order to improve the fragmented learning ability of college students,the school should perfect the fragmented learning environment,enhance the usage efficiency of network teaching resources and encourage the teachers to open online and offline courses.Teachers should cultivate the self-management ability of students' network learning and train the students' communication ability both online and offline.Students should promote the ability of sorting out the pieces of knowledge,raise the efficiency of fragmented learning and enhance the ability of interaction and communication.
