Land-lost Farmers Sports Rights Research In The Process Of Our New Urbanization

With the rapid development of urbanization,People’s Daily life is colorful,sports acknowledged and accepted by people more and more,and become the people entertainment’s a way of life.And the rapid development of urbanization,makes the rapid growth in the number of land-lost farmers.How to scientifically and reasonably place land-lost farmers,and further to guide the healthy development of urbanization,become a important subject currently.Land-lost farmers are in the process of rural non-agricultural all or part of the loss of land,identity and professional from,the thought idea,the employment and lifestyle gaps on some aspects,such as marginalized groups.When their living space from rural to urban,values,material needs,the pace of life has been changed,so they pursue the expectations of a happy life and to the recognition of the importance of sports also gradually strengthened.Under the planned economy system,urban and rural household registration system has been the farmers into urban life obstacles,barriers to strict household registration will be chained farmers on the land,blocking farmers free movement between urban and rural employment and migration,restrict the rural population to share the benefits and resources city.In today’s rapid development of urbanization,farmers who lost land for non-agricultural status,but because of all sorts of difficulties can’t citizens should have the basic social rights,under this embarrassment,they became different from farmers and is different from the original fuzzy special groups of urban residents and identity.In this background,the land-lost farmers is difficult to truly integrated into the city life,in the city,the lower their rights and interests protection has become the influence to build a well-off society in an all-round way,the important aspect of building a harmonious society.The context of this thesis is the result of the new urbanization study of land-lost farmers sports rights group members on-the-spot investigation and visit,using literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,in some cities of hunan province the current situation of land-lost farmers to participate in sports activities as well as the cognition of the land-lost farmers sports participation of self were investigated,and the cause of the lack of sports participation of the land-losing farmers did some discussion,obtained the conclusion of the following five aspects:First,the land-lost farmers rights consciousness is not strong,the understanding of sports participation more weak.Survey showed 75.9% of land-lost farmers like sports,and farmers to participate in the daily sports mainly square dancing,badminton,martial arts,tai chi,running,playing sports motivation is given priority to with physical fitness,mostly park green space and space around the house,and the main factors influencing the land-lost farmers to participate in sports activities have no one disqualified facilities,lack of guidance,organization,etc;Second,the land-lost farmers to participate in collective sports activities is less,the most important reason is that of resettlement community organizations.According to statistics,only 18.3% of the land-lost farmers live in a community organized activities for them,and not enough publicity,the majority of farmers for the national fitness also there are many blind spots,and sports facilities in residential environment lack of land-lost farmers;Third,the manifestations and causes of lack of sports participation of farmers is varied.Mainly displays in: sports rights imbalance,the unreasonable resources disposition,the asymmetry of public policy,etc.Investigate its reason,mainly include: the imperfect legal system of land expropriation and resettlement way a single,lack of the related responsibility main body,social factors and personal factors restrict and so on;Fourth,the land-lost farmers sports participation safeguards is multi-dimensional.Can begin from the following aspects: perfecting the land-lost farmers sports rights related laws and regulations,perfect our country current land acquisition and the government information publicity system,build a comprehensive social security system,strengthening propaganda,provide the chance to receive education and training,and providing legal aid services,etc.Fifth,tentatively puts forward two sports participation of the farmers in the process of our urbanization of the path of the security market.One is the urban village farmers sports fitness model-"street community club chain" model of shaft construction;The second is "enterprise social joint model".
