| The rapid development of urbanization has led to a rapid increase in the amount of urban construction land,and at the same time,the rapid development of transportation facilities supporting urban development.As a result,many farmers have lost their farmland,thus creating a large number of land-lost farmers,and no subsistence allowances",we call this the "three no farmers".Farming without land is a true portrayal of land-lost farmers,who are not only different from traditional farmers who live on land,but also from urban residents.After losing arable land,they will receive a one-off compensation from the government,but they will need to solve the problem of pension,medical care,and employment afterwards.Faced with a new urban environment,there is a short or long adaptation period.How to integrate into urban life and find their own source of livelihood before the land acquisition compensation funds are used up is a big test for land-lost farmers.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the reemployment of land-lost farmers.In the research process,it mainly selects variables based on human capital theory,social network related theory and social support theory,and builds a Probit model.The indicators are analyzed to explore the influencing factors of landless farmers’ reemployment and the influencing factors of reemployment income.Based on the research results of this paper,it can be seen that the education level among the factors affecting the reemployment income of landless farmers is relatively high,and the rate of return is about 6.4%.However,from the current specific situation,the effect of reemployment training is not ideal.Social network resources have a significant influence on improving agricultural re-employment income.However,this result does not take into account some control variables in the industry and needs to be reconsidered. |
