| In2007, the Huangshi Daily investigated the students with learning difficulties in huangshi city,in which the results showed that, the students with learning difficulties accounted for about30%of the total number of students, while the proportion in some schools, is a little higher. The reasons for this phenomenon are as follows:Firstly, the bad factors, such as influence of money worship, the impact of social change, the entrance to higher grade education,and pay more attention of causes the children to lose interest in learning. Secondly, some schools and some teachers pursue the entrence to higher grade education, and pay more attention to the students with good grades than the students with learning difficulties, the relative lack of educational resources in Huangshi resulted in backwardness of management pattern in some schools, teacher’s teaching method is not creative, which is not conducive to the transformation of students with learning disabilities. Thirdly, the affect of the family for their children. Some parents were busy with work,and lack of management for the children.While some parents spoiled their children, so as not to manage their children in academic and behavire, which causes the child loves leisure and hates labour; a family without harmony or improper parenting on children also lead to adverse effects. Fourth, the child’s own problems. Such as weariness, improper learning methods, poor self-control, weak performance.In the current envirenment, to enable more students get transformed, the joint efforts of schools and parents is needed. Firstly, schools should attach importance to this work, do not abandon the "poor students ". The teacher gives more attention and more patience to students in emotion, and build up the class style health and good learning atmosphere in the class, which will make the students be affected by environment effects.,particularly pays more attention to inspire, guide to the students, to develop their interest in learning. In the classroom, teaching strategies and teaching methods should be improved to teach them how to listen, and to give them more help and guidance after class.
