In 2013,in order to further improve the quality of postgraduate education,China has reformed the reform mechanism of postgraduate education in the past,the introduction of new policies from the fall of 2014 semester,China will fully implement the postgraduate education fee system,and the introduction of new incentives,All colleges and universities with the qualifications of graduate students have developed a new scholarship assessment methods,and Faculty has developed more detailed postgraduate scholarship assessment rules than before,but,with the reward standards and incentives,as well as the assessment of content and methods of changes,to the different colleges and universities postgraduate learning and life has brought a wide range of impact,whichis not only related to the successful implementation of the reward policy,but also related to the quality of postgraduate cultivating can effectively improve,therefore,the faculty level postgraduate scholarship assessment rules of the study is necessary.This paper chooses a provincial college and a central college under the facultypostgraduate scholarship assessment rules as a case study,respectively,to A college assessment rules and B college assessment rules as the expression of this paper.Using electronic questionnaires,text analysis,interviews and observation and other research methods,a comprehensive study of the differences between the two assessment rules and the impact of their respective implementation,And then reflect on the new graduate student reward policy,the implementation of assessment rules and the quality of postgraduate cultivation in China.This paper is divided into six chapters to study.The first chapter is the introductory part,which mainly points out the origin and research significance of the research problem,and expounds the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter makes a top-down combing of the relevant policies of the assessment methods of the postgraduatescholarship of in our country.The third chapter compares the two assessment rules texts and explores the difference.The fourth chapter mainly uses a variety of survey methods,around the following aspects,to study the impact of the implementation of the assessment rules: postgraduate study reasons and tuition sources;the basic cognition of the graduate students' assessment of the text and the assessment process;as well as curriculum study,academic research activities,social practice and psychological emotion.The fifth chapter discusses the causes of the impact of the five aspects: the faculty;the rules themselves;the assessment procedure;the implementation environment and the target groups;Chapter 6 is based on the implementation of the assessment rules,reflections on the cultivation quality of postgraduates in Chinese universities.Through investigation and study,the author found: A College and B College two assessment rules text shows the main differences in the following aspects: system of reward;incentive funds source;reward coverage and reward standard;comprehensive assessment content and assessment weights;the specific assessment and review operation time.From the point of view of the implementation of the two impacts,there are similarities and differences,to a certain extent.the similarities is,to change the assessment rules of the assessment content and assessment procedure has a significant guiding role for postgraduate study and life;two college students on their scholarship assessment process is not very satisfactory for graduate students to participate in academic science;the research activities of the incentive is obvious,moreover also has the incentive impact on graduate students to participate in social practice;but when the awards are different degrees of increase of graduate students psychological and emotional fluctuations,especially in the assessment of one or two months before and after the performance is more obvious.The differences is more obvious in theassessmentprocess,A college graduate satisfaction is higher than B college,but the formulation and implementation of the assessment rules relating to the right to participate,right to know and the right of claim is higher;A college to graduate course learning motivation and initiative of the incentive to lower than B,the grades of different courses and the respective standard rules in academic research;A college graduate students utilitarian performance is higher than B college,especially in the published academic journals on the strong performance;B college students when the psychological mood of the larger fluctuations,more impetuous,easy to produce the contradiction between students and between teachers and students.
