With the further development of quality education,aesthetic education as an important part of the all-round development of students has been received much attention.Under the background of national advocacy and support of aesthetic education,school art teaching as an important way to achieve aesthetic education will receive more and more attention.Developing art teaching is not only the requirements of education,but also the overall development of students,it affects students' cultivation of healthy personality,training of imagination and creativity ability,strengthening practical ability and building the scientific learning concept,etc..Therefore,it is not only the guarantee of the all-round development of students,but also the requirement of improving teachers' quality to pay attention to the development of art teaching and to improve the quality of art teaching.However,by observing the current situation of primary school art teaching,we can know that due to the school management,utilitarianism,teachers and other factors influence,some problems have been appeared in the teaching,such as pay much attention to skill and neglect ability,attach importance to uniformity and set down difference,emphasize quiet and belittle activity,influence of the students play the initiative,promote creative ability,physical and mental health grow up.Restricting the all-round development of students,special attention must be paid.The paper is divided into four parts,the first part mainly adopts the literature method,investigation method,observation method and other research methods,and clearly put forward the research purpose and significance of the problem,define relevant concept,analyze and sum up the research status quo of art teaching at home and abroad,and put forward the emphasis,difficulty and innovation of the research.The second part through anatomy the gap between S primary school art teaching status and the "compulsory education art curriculum standard",the characteristics and achievements of art teaching in primary schools are pointed out,and then we can find many problems in art teaching,for example,desalination to cultivate students' innovation consciousness,away from the students' life experience,neglect the classroom interaction' methods,ignore the process evaluation modes,ignore the development of school-based curriculum and the effect of long-term development,and so on.The third part analyzes the existing problems of art teaching by consulting relevant documents,explore the causes of the problem,such as the low degree of attention to school leadership and absence of teaching management,teachers are influenced by their own factors,teaching quality is not high,the prevalence of managerialism,restrict the development of students' initiative,utilitarianism trespassed and cover the real pursuit of art teaching.The fourth part mainly aims at the questions which exist in the art teaching,the corresponding strategies to solve the problems are put forward: Firstly,we must change the concept of leadership management,strengthen the management of art teaching.Secondly is to improve teachers' comprehensive quality,promote students' development and innovation.Thirdly is to highlight the dominant position of students,enhance the effect of art learning.Fourthly is to integration of art curriculum resources,efforts to develop school-based curriculum.Fifthly is to improve a sound curriculum evaluation system and explore students' development potential.
