"Education is the foundation of a nation", education is growing more and more important in our country today, the education of the primary school and secondary school students have been placed in a very important position. Countries in order to improve the quality of primary and secondary education, introduced a number of related laws and regulations, and also implemented the education reforms unceasingly, such as the new curriculum reform, quality education, etc. Primary and secondary teachers in primary and secondary education is the crux, can not be ignored. A good teacher should have good moral qualities, and the moral qualities are the soul of teachers. With the development of market economy, and the introduction of western utilitarianism, primary and secondary school teachers as the ordinary member of society, also contaminated by the color of utility inevitably, the deviation from some teachers' utilitarianism value orientation have been shown in the usual teaching lives, this situation on the teachers professional development, the education of students and the social impact are all harmful. The thesis begins with the manifestation of the deviation from the primary and secondary teachers'utilitarianism value orientation, elaborates the effects of the utilitarian values orientation deviation; explores the reasons for the deviation; and in the last try to put a reasonable utilitarianism value orientation of primary and secondary school teachers, and put the corrective measures for the deviations. This thesis is divided into four parts.In the introduction part, the thesis expounds the reasons for choosing the problem, the significance of the research, the main contents and methods of the research, and the core concepts and theories. The main methods of this thesis are document, interview and comparative analysis.In the second part, the description of utilitarianism value orientation deviation in the two levels of behavior and the concept are based on the results of the literature search and interviews with teachers. Behavioral level is described in four perspective of teaching, educating people, continuing education, educational research; the concept level is described in making much of personal value and overlooking social value, and the deviation from educational purposes under the value orientation of educational tool. And elaborates the effects of the utilitarianism value orientation deviation.In the third part, the thesis explores the reasons for the deviation from the primary and secondary school teachers'utilitarianism value orientation. Presents the effects of utilitarian reality in our society, the own problems of primary and secondary school teachers, and the problems of primary and secondary schools management.Finally, the thesis proposes the solutions in two steps to correct the deviation from the primary and secondary school teachers'utilitarianism value orientation, first trys to put a reasonable utilitarianism value orientation of primary and secondary school teachers. Absorbs the rational ingredients from the traditional utilitarian thoughts in our country; absorbs the rational ingredients from the west utilitarianism thoughts; combines the utilitarian ideology in Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought with west utilitarianism thoughts to put forward the "Chinese characteristics utilitarian "thinking; and rational utilitarianism value orientation also should comply with the primary and secondary school teachers'professional ethic rules. The second step is to combine the strength of the government, the schools, the teachers together to correct the deviations.
