"Micro writing" is a product of our time.The teaching of it complements seamlessly to the teaching of traditional Chinese writing.The teaching of "micro writing" in middle school not only improves the present teaching situation of writing,but also benefits the teachers and students significantly.For one thing,it can keep students from losing their spirituality and help rebuild their confidence in writing.For another,it can provide solid theoretical foundations and practical inspirations to frontier middle school Chinese teachers.This research can be divided into five parts:The first part mainly introduces the research inspiration,research significance,domestic and overseas research progress on "micro writing" as well as the research methodology and approach derived.In the second part,mainly,the definition,evolution and characteristics of "micro writing" are classified and explained based on the existing literatures.Further,the comprehensive theory of attention economy,the theory of the aim groups of communication,the theory of micro-learning and the theory of life composition teaching,the theories lay the foundations for this study are discussed.In the following part,focusing on fifteen different middle schools in Zhejiang province,the author categorizes data collected by means of questionnaire surveys,points out the current condition of “micro writing” teaching and presents a brief analysis.The fourth part puts forward the teaching strategy of "micro writing",which builds the drive of students' interest,the lively enrichment of teaching content,the diversification of activities,the personalization of assignments and the enhancement of evaluation feedback interaction.In the fifth part,based upon the proposed strategy,the author shares "micro writing" teaching experiments conducted in some middle school class which consists of teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching effectiveness analysis,to serve as reference for middle school teachers.In the last part,which based on the prospect and reflection of the study,hoping that teaching of “micro writing” will be more perfect.
