Along with the Chinese Program in Korea starts,the teaching mode of Chinese-Korean teachers cooperative becomes the most common choice in Korea's elementary and secondary education.This paper indicates that Chinese-Korean teachers collaborative-teaching model is a new one which,comparing with the traditional teaching mode,has absolute advantage in stimulating students' interest in learning and improving their studying efficiency.However,how to choose the type of Chinese-Korean collaborative teaching and the application of teaching skills are the problems to teachers.Based on the theory of collaborative teaching,combining with the author's personal Chinese co-teaching practice,referring to the questionnaire reports of students in Bugwang High School and Chinese teachers of other schools in Incheon,this thesis states three main types of Chinese-Korean teachers collaborative-teaching model and specific teaching skills,analyzes the shortage of Chinese co-teaching in Bugwang High School.Then the thesis reaches the conclusion as follows: Firstly,the two teachers should choose the correct types of collaborative teaching according to students' different learning stages;all the preparatory work is supposed to be reasonably distributed on the basis of different collaborative teaching types;the two teachers must give full play to their own advantages through allocating time properly in the class;it's better for Chinese teachers to build a simple and fixed classroom language system during class;teacher's question to students need to to the point and be equal to the whole class;it's not a good idea to rely too much on the multimedia equipment during the class. |
