"Cooperative teaching" model is a new teaching model in Korean Chinese teaching in recent years.It is widely used in Chinese teaching in Korean junior middle school.This model cooperates with Chinese and Korean teachers to complete the Chinese teaching task,pay more attention to the fun and practicality of teaching,and tend to cultivate students' communicative competence.Its advantage lies in the Chinese and Korean teachers in their respective areas of expertise in teaching,the formation of complementary advantages.But it is at this stage of the application of Korean language teaching is not mature.First of all,"collaborative teaching" model requires cooperation between Chinese and Korean teachers.However,due to many practical reasons,teachers in China and South Korea in the teaching of cooperation will inevitably disagree the situation.And the Chinese language teachers of language is limited,both in classroom teaching and in school life,to a certain extent,need to be attached to Korean Chinese teachers,the two sides formed a unequal relationship.This often causes the two sides to use the classroom time allocation is unreasonable,teachers waste of resources,students do not pay attention to listening and so on.Second,for junior high school students,the second language acquisition is mostly a mechanical,boring process.In this process,how to mobilize students' interest in learning,so that Chinese learning becomes vivid and interesting,is the most "collaborative teaching" model of Chinese and Korean teachers to solve the problem.Although some differences in Chinese and Korean teachers' thinking,teaching methods and people's differences will increase the resistance to the teaching of different degrees,some teachers in China and Korea have been soberly aware of the necessity and importance of interesting teaching to Chinese students in Korean junior middle school students,the key question is how to carry out efficient teaching,so that students learn something.This requires the Chinese teachers to become passive,from the actual teaching,the effective use of interesting teaching strategies to solve the problems in teaching.To solve the "collaborative teaching" model of Korean junior high school Chinese class interesting teaching problems,must be related to the theory of education as a guide,the use of complementary advantages,cooperative learning,use of games,reward and punishment mechanisms to enhance or enrich the fun of teaching,so as to achieve teaching aims.
