The author was fortunate to go to South Korea to work as a Chinese teacher in February 2016.During this period,through teaching practice,classroom observation,after-school visits,teacher-students interaction and other forms,the author found that collaborative teaching mode has made significant teaching results in teaching effect,classroom management,teacher-students interaction and other aspects.Of course,this teaching mode has a very high demand of teacher resources,teachers' cooperative ability,teaching management and other aspects.At the same time,it can also have a great impact on teaching effect whether or not teachers can cooperate with each other very well.The author believes that this teaching mode has a certain reference and promotion value for the foreign language teaching in other foreign relatively mature Chinese education base and the domestic first-tier cities.This paper tries to explore the teaching mode from the perspective of language skills teaching,classroom teaching management,Chinese and foreign teachers' cooperation,teacher management,etc.from the aspects of experience and teaching.At the same time,combining with practical experience,the author has summed up the main problem in the Korean middle school Chinese classroom teaching mode under the teaching of Chinese and Korean teachers in the process of cooperation,and put forward some actual recommendations.Finally,combining with the writer's own practical teaching experience,as well as previous research results,the author tries to explore the Chinese classroom collaborative teaching mode,hoping to make some contributions to the Chinese international education,especially the teaching research.
