The Research On The Problem Of Urban Community Integration Of Migrant Children

In recent years,the flow of China's population has been accelerating,and the movements of family-style forms have become increasingly common.Among them,as important family members,the number of migrant children is also growing.Migrant children leave the original living environment,follow their parents to live in different places,the Adaptability of them in new places by the attention of community.In the process of Adaptability of migrant children,the status of community integration has a profound impact on the healthy growth of migrant children.The research on this paper is from the micro perspective,taking the Z community in Shenzhen as an example,with the support of the social system and social exclusion and the integration theory,analyzing the problems in the community integration from the aspects of community recognition,community communication and community adaptation of migrant children.And to assist migrant children in improving community integration through the use of group work in social work to explore effective strategies to promote the integration of migrant children.The results show that migrant children need to be integrated into the community,on the one hand to achieve self-growth,improve their ability to adapt;on the other hand,also need to build a sound social support network;Moreover,social workers and social work organizations need improve the quality of service,provide more targeted services for migrant children.Migrant children as a special group of children,in its growth,need to get more attention and support.Hope that through the involvement of social work,can be more effective in helping children to break the plight of the community integration,make children be happy to grow in the new living environment.This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which includes the background of research,the significance of research,the literature review and the design of research.The second chapter mainly analyzes the problems and influencing factors of the migrant children in the community integration;the third chapter is the focus of the article,describes the use of the work group in the improvement of integration of migrant children in the community.Including the preparation of the group,the design of the program,the development of the group activities and the evaluation of the group after the end;the last chapter is the summary and recommendations,pointing out the core view of the research.
