A Study On Community Integration Of Migrant Children From The Perspective Of Social Work

The social integration of migrant children is an important practical problem in the period of social transformation in China,and has also attracted the attention of many scholars in different fields of research.As a microcosm of urban social life,community is an important "field" for floating children and urban residents to realize communication and interaction,and to produce a sense of belonging to urban life.Migrant children can not achieve social integration without community as an organizational carrier.As a developed region where the floating population is concentrated,the problem of social integration of floating children is particularly prominent in Kunshan City.Therefore,this paper takes the J community of Kunshan City as an example to analyze the current situation of the integration of migrant children from the community level,in order to explore the social integration of migrant children.The author takes advantage of the opportunity of the implementation of the community governance project in community J in Kunshan City,collects data from the methods of questionnaire,interview and observation,and collects information from cultural adaptation,social adaptation and structural integration.The analysis of the four dimensions of identity found that there are psychological barriers,social interaction barriers,insufficient community participation,vague identity and so on in the integration of migrant children in community J community.Based on ecosystem theory and analysis of survey results,it was found that poor microsystem adjustment,absence of meso-system function and lag of macro-system support were the reasons for the obstacles of community integration.And try to use group work and the community.The working methods involved in the barriers of community integration of migrant children,and found that the microsystem adjustment,the function of meso system and the support of macro system were improved,and the psychological condition of community integration was improved.The scale of social communication is enlarged and the signs of changing to heterogeneity,the willingness of community participation and the identity of urban community are strengthened,that is,social work plays a positive role in promoting the integration of floating children in the community.On the basis of the comprehensive practical experience,this paper summarizes the ways to construct the community integration of floating children: first,to innovate the community management model and inject the social work force;second,to activate the community resources Establish community support network;third,create interactive space,build community participation platform.
