Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Work Intervention In The Community Integration Of Migrant Children

There’s a lot of innovation in progress,urban degradation,urban development,and there’s a lot of people’s movement.And the form of population flow is more and more diverse,there are individual population flows,and there are family movements,thus a new group,namely migrant children,has been created.The changes of these migrant children in the new environment inevitably lead to a series of problems in psychology and behavior,and need to give timely guidance and help.Therefore,in recent years,the community of floating children has paid more attention to the integration of migrant children.The author participated in the social work intervention project of the floating children community integration of J institution in Jinan.During the three-month internship,the author participated in the organization activities and was responsible for the corresponding courses,and collected the information of the service objects,and formed the data needed by this research on the basis of participating in observation.The main contents are as follows.The first part is the introduction.The background and significance of the research are explained,and the research status,related concepts and theories,research ideas and research methods are summarized.The second part is the current situation of social work involved in the integration of migrant children community.Taking the social work project of "new citizen integration" of J institution in Jinan as an example,Introduce the implementation background of J Agency’s integration into the social work of migrant children in the community,analyze the objectives,mainly introduce the specific implementation measures and analyze the results.The third part,the social work intervention in the floating children community integration problems and the reasons.Based on the social work project of "new citizen integration" of J institution in Jinan,and through relevant literature,the paper summarizes the following problems: social work service has low social trust,social work institutions and community housing committee are not enough,social work services are not professional,social work is not enough for migrant children society The continuity of the integration of the region can not be guaranteed.The reasons for the above problems are: the social work service process is restricted by policies and society,the community neighborhood committee sometimes has insufficient understanding of social work institutions,the lack of their own professional,and the lack of support system in social work services.The fourth part,the countermeasures and suggestions to better promote social work to participate in the integration of migrant children community.According to the reflection and analysis data,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The model of resource utilization and environment optimization,the mode of institutional and family progress,the professional optimization model of social work service and the continuity model of mobile children’s participation are established.
