With the depth of the aging of the population and the advanced aging, the number of disabled elderly is also rising, gradually the care for the elderly is becoming one of the important problems of hundreds of millions of families and society. Due to the shortage of pension resources and the impact of traditional culture in our country, providing for the elders by family is still the main way in China, and family caregivers become an important power for the elderly, especially disabled elderly. However, taking care of disabled elderly is a long-term, complex and arduous tasks, bring about the stress on the body, psychological, economic and so on. If we don’t make adjustments, it is easy to make caregiver anxiety, depression and other psychological problems, but also be detrimental to to the health of disabled elderly. So concerning about the living conditions of the elderly family caregivers and keeping balance between their psychological and body and the adaptation is particularly important.By reviewing the previous literature, the author find that research on family caregivers are mostly concentrated in the medical, nursing and psychology, and there is less research on caregivers in the field of social work. And the previous literatures tend to study on the family caregivers from the perspective of problem. They study on the pressure and the negative influence and put forward some supporting strategies, but in vain. In recent years, resilience--the core theory of the strengths perspective has become a hot spot in the international field of social work. This paper uses qualitative research methods.
