University teachers manage organization is in China under the background of the reform of social welfare system produced in the field of social work practice of new phenomena and new forms for the promotion of China's social work specialization,localization,professionalization has important significance.Social work is a practice oriented,college teachers in leading institutions in the process of will appear to serve cross domain practice and stacking fault phenomenon.This is a dual role of university teachers will inevitably arise as a result of.It is also based on practice orientation of social work,social work of colleges and universities teachers requires development ability of practical research,achieve unity in theory and practice,practice and ethics,promote the development of teacher guidance of social work agency models,promote the development of social work practice.The first chapter of this paper first introduced the topic origin and significance of the research,clarify the research ideas and research methods,from existing research review of college teachers lead the social institutions of the situation,to define the concept of teachers in Colleges and universities from social work agencies.The second chapter describes the development of China's social work institutions and the situation of Fuzhou University Social Work Office,as well as the education of social work in Fujian.And the main research object of this paper R mechanism are introduced.The author found that college teachers lead the social institutions is not an individual phenomenon,but rather a group of phenomenon,this phenomenon reflect the current level of development of social work organization of our country.The third chapter is about the analysis of the plight of the teacher guidance mechanism,from the deficiencies of the harvest,Lingban manage organization,teacher pay cost are discussed,even though the teachers is task is arduous,time is pressing still lead the social mechanism,which will promote the in social work practice level of ascension,but for teachers in Colleges and universities increased more scientific research and teaching burden.The fourth chapter is the analysis of mechanism of teachers' leading the way,from the analysis of the development of colleges and universities outside the province social workers and teachers to lead the formation of social institutions to provide a perspective,teachers in Colleges and universities through the path of links of the government and institutions of higher learning institutions is can be better development of social work organization,institutions and professional level and to accelerate the standardization construction of an organization.Teachers in Colleges and universities should establishment and development of this mode of college teacher guidance mechanism,summarizes the problems in the process of college teachers lead the,for the development of social work agencies provide development path,using the rich research resources,facilitate the theoretical study.The last is the summary and discussion of this paper,the summary and outlook of the paper.
