Research On The Development Of Social Work In Colleges And Universities In Xinjiang

Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic settlement.Because of the multi-ethnic integration area,ethnic relations and social harmony are very important.The social problems involve two aspects of stability and development.In this situation,the social work to alleviate social problems and solve the problems of individual,group and community is not ideal.As the leading leader of Xinjiang's social work,the social work major of Xinjiang university has achieved good achievements in the past ten years,but still remains in its growth.Many problems and failure to revitalize development have hindered the rapid growth of Xinjiang's social work.Therefore,the present situation of the social work in Xinjiang colleges and universities is analyzed,the difficulties and the causes are discussed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which can not only promote the development of the social work in Colleges and universities in Xinjiang,but also improve the development of social work and the degree of social service in Xinjiang,and make up for the community and the public more or less.The lack of talents in the cause of benefit will help alleviate various social problems and build a harmonious society.Through consulting materials and interviews,this paper describes the development process and achievements of social work major in Xinjiang universities over the past decade,and analyzes the current situation.Through the field investigation of six colleges and universities in Xinjiang,this paper investigates the difficulties faced by the professional development of social work,the dilemma of practical training,the dilemma of teaching resources,the dilemma of social resources,the difficulties of social resources support,and the major of the profession.The difficult problems such as the dilemma of employment and other problems are analyzed from the macro,middle and micro levels,and three reasons are summarized,such as the lack of social support and social policy,the unbalanced development of professional teaching and professionalization,and the imperfect professional training of colleges and universities.This paper discusses the difficulties and causes,and combines the field survey data and the conditions of the teaching environment in Xinjiang University,and puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the social work in Xinjiang colleges and universities in view of the obstacle problems from the angle of the ecological system theory: to promote the government support and propaganda and to strengthen the post setting reduction in the macro level.In the middle level,we should adjust the personnel training structure,improve the training system and explore the local characteristics of the social work specialty,deepen the reform of the teaching system and the training mechanism of the social work,strengthen the innovation and optimize the professional teaching resources of the University in the micro level.
