With the transformation of social structure and the change of government function,as an important part of social organization,social work institution becomes an important subject to participate in social governance gradually.Social work has small influence and low recognition relatively in China,due to the late starting,advance education and so on.Therefore,the teachers in colleges and universities rely on their own professional advantages and found social work organization to set an example for the progress of industry.At present,this kind of social work organization is still widespread in our country.It promote the localization of social work in China.The social work professional teacher plays a key role in this process.Teacher's professional ability will be fully embodied.From the perspective of professional ability,based on the predecessors' research results,and combined with social work personnel training target,this study tries to have a conceptualize operation with professional ability of professional social work teachers in colleges and universities.It includes teaching ability,social service ability and scientific research ability.To clarify institutions founding influence on university teachers' professional ability,the author adopts qualitative research methods.The social work teachers in J university who are found X institution become the research object.Interviewing the teachers which participate the institutions.Combined with the daily observation and literature,the study founds that college teachers found social work institutions will have obviously improve effects on their professional ability,mainly includes three aspects: First,the teaching ability mainly reflected in the promotion of teachers' professional vision,the development of teaching cognitive,to get update teaching ideas,teaching design,professional ability can be enhanced,the teaching evaluation can promote teaching,guide teacher reflection and innovation at the same time.Finally it can enhance the teaching quality.Second,the ability to serve the society mainly embodies in increasing participation of teachers' service,pay more attention to the team management and construction,master the theory and practical of the service process,increasing professional and standardized degree.Third,the scientific research ability in ascension teacher broaden the research field and field of vision.It canacutely aware of problems.In the process of service for collecting data,analysis and study,improves the data accuracy and collection efficiency.Eventually improves the scientific research output and promotes professional development.
