In recent years,with the social transformation and economic development,people's living standards and quality of life are constantly improving.However,the corresponding social problems still cannot be ignored.It is the emergence of these social problems that has largely become the driving force for the development of the social work.With the tedious and complicated work as well as the limited time and energy,the government department has gradually realized the important role of the social work.Accordingly,the social work is classified as a profession to encourage its professional development.Under this background,the founding mode of the social work organizations led by university teachers came into being.In this mode,the government actively cooperates with universities,attempting to give play to the leading role of university teachers in the professionalization of the social work.This study is divided into four chapters as follows: the first chapter introduces the background and the significance of this subject.Through sorting out the literatures at home and abroad,it grasps the current situation of the social work professionalization in China as well as the social work institutions led by university teachers,defines these two core concepts the professionalization of social work and the social work institutions led by university teachers,and explains the methods and innovations applied throughout this study;the second chapter introduces the background,motivation,founding process,and the current development situation of the SH social work organization to make the situation of the SH social work organization understood clearly and comprehensively.The author understands that the government strongly supports this because the social work organization is run by university teachers;the third chapter concretely analyzes the contents and effects of the participation of SH social work institution in promoting the professionalization of local social work from four aspects as follows: the professionalization of social workers,the institutionalization of the social work,the professionalization of social work services,and the standardization of social work organization management.It is because SH social work institution has unique advantages in professional theory,supervision and training,organization management that they can promote the process of the social work professionalization in B city;the fourth chapter discusses the participation of social work organizations led by university teachers in promoting professionalization.By analyzing theiradvantages and the existing difficulties,it puts forward some corresponding countermeasures so as to give full play to the role of social work organizations led by university teachers in promoting the professionalization of the social work and provide practical experience for the development of professionalization of the social work.
