| With the innovate and development in nearly 30 years,the higher vocational education has had a considerable scale and transition from vocational education field to higher education field,although the higher vocational education was developed late in China.China paid more attention to innovate and development of higher vocational education.For example,in 2010,relevant departments issued the"national long-term education the reform and development plan(2010--2020)" to mention the need to vigorously develop the vocational education and enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and focus on improving the quality of education.Take another example,in 2014,the Ministry of Education issued "higher occupation education innovation development action plan(2015--2018)" to emphasize that in order to develop the higher vocational education,take morality education for fundamental,take serving for the purpose,take promoting the employment for guide.To adapt to the demand for everyone,to adhere to the integration of teaching,school enterprise cooperation,to adhere to the combination of engineering,the unity of knowledge,to promote higher vocational education and economic and social synchronous development,to strengthen technical skill accumulation,and improve the quality of personnel training and provide a solid talent guarantee for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinese dream.The higher vocational education is an important part of higher education and has the difference from the Bachelor of education.The higher vocational education aims to improve employment and adapt to the market and provide applied technical talents.In other words,the higher vocational education shoulders the important mission of training high skilled talents in the fields of production,management and service for the regional economic and social development.The ultimate goal of higher vocational education is employment of students.Employment is not only a social problem,but also an important indicator to test whether higher vocational education can realize its educational philosophy.The employment quality of higher vocational education can reflect the advantages and disadvantages of higher vocational education,and reflect the quality of higher vocational education,so the employment quality of higher vocational students is an important factor to the sustainable development of higher vocational education.Although higher vocational college graduates have more explicit vocational skills and career goals,they also faced with the serious problem of employment.Employment is a systematic concept,which needs the cooperation of the society,the school and the students,so the significance of studying the employment quality of higher vocational students lies in three aspects:from the students’ point of view,it is conducive to the students of the employment ability of self-identity and help students understand the current employment situation and get the goal of successful employment;from the point of view of higher vocational colleges,it is conducive to the school to review the social demand,change in personal training mode,so as to improve the quality of school education,to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education;from the point of view of social development,higher vocational students is not only indispensable for labor market and talent,also is economic development and construction of the mainstay.The theoretical significance of higher vocational education lies in the popularization of higher education,which is manifested by the transfer of talents to the society and plays a role in the connection.From the practical value point of view,there is an important social function of higher vocational education is the education of poverty,the specific performance of the social mobility of Higher Vocational education.This study is based on the significance of higher vocational education,it includes five parts:the first part mainly expounds the research background and research significance,the domestic and foreign research review,research focus and research problems,research innovation and research methods.The second part is about the definition of the concept involved in this paper,as well as an overview of the sociological theory used in this paper.The third part is the specific analysis of the college students’ employment quality,from the five indicators of the employment area,the employment unit,the salary level,the professional level and the job satisfaction.Because the job is a school,students and interaction between employers and society the dynamic forming process,the fourth part from the four aspects of society,schools,families and individuals with social specific analysis of factors affecting employment of Higher Vocational Students’ learning theory,using social capital theory to analyze the influencing factors of family background the employment quality of vocational college students;career motivation theory analysis of vocational college students on the ideas and expectations of choice of employment;human capital theory analysis of Higher Vocational Students’ employment ability;social class theory analysis of the impact of higher vocational education on the part of poor college students social status,social class.Through the above research and analysis,finally put forward relevant reflection from the perspective of sociology,as well as improve the quality of higher vocational education countermeasures and suggestions.In summary,this article from the perspective of Sociology of Higher Vocational Students’ employment quality analysis,found the gap between the current higher vocational students’ employment quality and high quality employment goals,thus combining sociological theory to analyze the factors affecting the employment quality of vocational students,and puts forward relevant countermeasures of sociology reflection and improve the quality of employment of vocational college students the hope that through this study,can help to promote the reform and development of Higher Vocational education. |
