Research On The Impact Of Vocational Skills Appraisal On The Employment Quality Of Vocational Graduates

Vocational skill appraisal is an important part of vocational education in China,and it is also the key link to implement the vocational qualification certificate system in China.In 2019 the State Council issued the national vocational education reform plan "put forward the system of" 1 + X "certificate,the vocational colleges students are encouraged to get a degree certificate at the same time,actively take part in a variety of professional skill appraisal training,expand their employment and entrepreneurial skills,improve employment competitiveness,alleviate the structural contradictions of the problem of insufficient jobs,Provide skilled talents needed for enterprise and social development.However,at present,there are few empirical studies on the relationship between vocational skills training graduates' advantages in the employment process and whether the employment quality has been significantly improved.Therefore,this paper takes the influence of vocational skills appraisal on the employment quality of vocational college graduates as the research object,and makes an empirical analysis with the help of sample data collected from electronic questionnaires,so as to dig into the relationship between vocational skills appraisal and employment quality of vocational college graduates.By sorting out the relevant theories and domestic and foreign research status of the impact of vocational skills appraisal on employment,taking whether or not the certification of vocational skills appraisal is obtained as the independent variable,and transforming the operation of employment quality into five indicators of salary level,social security situation,job stability,career development prospect and employment period as the dependent variable,Correlation analysis and regression analysis of independent variables and dependent variables were carried out by SPSS data analysis software.Based on the experience of foreign countries in improving employment quality by vocational skill appraisal,this paper tries to discuss the problems and causes of the influence of vocational skill appraisal on the employment quality of vocational college graduates from the aspects of the government,schools,education and training evaluation organizations and the quality of vocational college graduates themselves,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The aim is to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational skill appraisal through collaborative management.
