Research On Cost Management Of Liaoning Province College Graduates Speciality Conversion Training Project

Along with the development of our country's education career,education gets more and more attention from people,and the project cost management method is also being used in education industry daily cost management.Project cost management is the the whole process scientific management to the resource consumption in the whole process of the project.Save expense,reduce the cost,and ultimately is to strive for the best economic benefits.So the project cost management should be as the top priority of the education industry capital management,the project cost management is great to promote role to improve the compasses of the education industry management mode.In recent years,for the uncertain and unfavorable factors of the economic development make the national employment situation more complicated,the country has introduced a lot of policies to support college students' employment.This paper takes the speciality conversion training project in 2012 of college graduates in Liaoning province for example,through the understanding to the knowledge of the project cost management theory,combined with the characteristics of their own training programs,work out a set of cost management method suitable for training project.This paper is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter of this paper introduces the background,purpose,significance and the research ideas,research content;The second chapter discusses the project cost management,project cost estimation,project cost budget,project cost control related theory;The third chapter introduces the background and characteristics of the project in details;The fourth chapter makes resources plan of this conversion training programs;The fifth chapter makes cost estimate and budget preparation work of the speciality conversion training project;The sixth chapter composes the cost management control method of the training project through the analysis of the earned value analysis method;The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Through this study,can strengthen the training project profitability,reduce the waste of resources of the project;Improve the overall project management level,then make the maximization of the economic benefits.
