Positive emotions are important aspects of positive psychology, which indicate the degree of individual positive experiences, such as joy, interest,happiness, contentment.Positive emotions can build physical resources, intelligence resources and social resources,protect health, counteract the effect of negative emotions. Mindfulness training as a new psychological counseling techniques to relieve anxiety and depression and other emotions,and enhance the sense of happiness, and comprehensively improve the mental health level of functionality.College students are in the rapid development of psychology and the study pressure bring a lot of problems. Cultivating positive emotions can improve the level of mental and body health, which has important meaning. This study will explores the effect of mindfulness training on university students’ level of mindfulness and positive affectivity through comparing pre-test and post-test results from the experimental group, the main conclusions are as follows: 1. There is high correlation between positive emotions and the level of mindfulness 2. The adoption of mindfulness training to college students gets good result. Through the intervention,the students’ positive emotions increase, they feel more pleasure. It indicates that mindfulness training has application value. Based on the view of mindfulness, facing to the majority students, the research not only helps the minority students solve problems, but also promote the development of most students. This research focuses on cultivating the students’ positive emotions and improving the students’ mental health. The practice indicates that mindfulness training can increase the students’ positive emotions. |
