But there are more problems than the ones had solved in the past researches. The reviews show that there are three types on the researches of job satisfaction: the first one is the research of the determined factors and adjusted factors; the second one is the result of the job satisfaction; the third one is the research on the standard of the job satisfaction. Now more and more researchers begin to keep their eyes on the processes of the psycho which are influenced by the personality, and how these processes influenced the job satisfaction. Many researches show that human's affectivity is correlation with the job satisfaction. This research wants to calculate the NA and PA through the EPQ questionnaire and test if these two types are different on the job satisfaction. And this research wants to give some useful suggestions on the job of management.The contents of this research include:1 Collect the references of the job satisfaction and personality affectivity. The review on this research includes job satisfaction's definitions, the basic theories of the job satisfaction and the history of the researches.2 Design the Personnel Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. Through out the tests of the reliability, validity and the item discrimination, the questionnaire divided into five scales: company policy scale (strategic policy, organization design and performance analysis), leader's relationship scale (the top leader relationship and the direct lead relationship), workmate's relationship (the relationship in the department and the relationship outside the department), job scale (the feeling of success and the space of development), the repay of the job (salary and promotion policy & the present conditions of the salary and promotion).3 Provided the Personnel Job Satisfaction questionnaire and the EPQ questionnaire.4 Research the relationship between positive-negative affectivity and personnel job satisfaction. In the EPQ the researcher defined the high E and low N the positive affectivity and the low E and high N the negative affectivity. The result of the T-test shows that there is the difference between the PA and NA on the job satisfaction.5 Analyze the result of the T-test, the researcher find out the results of this research is the same as the researches before.
