In recent years,ideological and political workers in colleges and universities have made remarkable achievements in implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches at the College Ideological and Political Work Conference and the college ideological and political teachers’ symposium,and constantly exploring the reform and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in practice.However,under the impact of non-mainstream ideology and multi-value culture,the ideological and political education of college students has some problems that need to be solved,such as "Buddhism","EMO(emotion)" and "lying down".So,in the face of the new situation and new problems,how can we achieve "change according to the situation,progress according to The Times,and innovate according to the situation",and constantly promote the innovative development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities? This study draws on the theoretical results of positive psychology and combines the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to provide a new idea and feasible path for improving and exploring the ideological and political education of college students in the new era.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,ideological and political education has inherited the ideological theories of Marx,Engels and Lenin,and formed a relatively complete systematic theory and disciplinary knowledge system through the development of Chinese communists.Positive psychology is a major breakthrough in the field of psychology,focusing on humanity itself has its advantages and value,changed the past pay attention to the characteristics of the negative aspects of human psychology,certainly has the development potential and ability of self-development of individuals,through positive emotional experience exploring the potential of people,not only can inhibit the rise of negative emotions,It can also change the way an individual perceives by internalizing positive emotions into positive cognition and motivation.This thesis first introduces the overall research background and research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the significance,innovation and research methods of this thesis.Secondly,it reviews the origin and development of ideological and political education and positive psychology,introduces some major theoretical viewpoints of positive psychology,after that,it focuses on analyzing the similarities between positive psychology and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It can find a common point for ideological and political education of college students to learn from positive psychology from the aspects of content,educational goals and methods.Then,from the perspective of positive psychology,the present situation of ideological and political education for college students is examined,and the existing problems are analyzed.Finally,in view of the existing problems,the approaches and strategies of innovative ideological and political education are proposed by using the ideas and methods of positive psychology.From the perspective of educators,we should cultivate positive personality,positive emotional experience,good self-esteem and hope.From the perspective of educatees,we should carry out positive ideological and political education,establish positive educational ideas and adopt positive educational methods to enhance self-efficacy.From the perspective of educational environment,we should work together to build a positive educational environment,create a clean and positive network environment,build a harmonious and progressive social environment,create a happy and loving family environment,and create a healthy and beneficial campus environment. |
