system construction,cultivating national self-esteem,self-confidence,rational calm,positive social mentality,and to improve the social psychological service system and direct mechanism and crisis intervention mechanism,the social psychological services as an innovative method and way to govern the country.China's first blue book on mental health,the national mental health development report of China(2017-2018),was released recently.It can be seen from the report that the mental health problems of different groups in China have been on the rise in recent years.Our country has already entered the information and network era,speed up the pace of life,study and work,college students are in physical characteristics and psychological activity is the special period of the great changes,is also the critical period of perfect personality development integration,to increase the growth of body and mind pressure,often feel oneself in the inner tension,overwhelmed,uncertain imbalance,this is the psychological crisis.Relevant research shows that the quality of psychological activities determines the level of thought,and psychological problems can develop into ideological problems.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to pay attention to the prevention and intervention of students' psychological problems and psychological crisis.Psychological crisis intervention is to individuals or groups in psychological crisis condition take accurate and effective measures to avoid hurting themselves or others,the parties to help restore a more balanced mental status,the parties to learn effectively cope with the strategy of psychological crisis and health behavior,in enhancing the mental health and to establish a uniform and stable healthy personality.The formation process of personality and people's values,world outlook,outlook on life and moral consciousness have mutual influence and transformation.Therefore,the ideological and political education of college students should start from "heart",pay attention to the personality education and cultivation of college students while carrying out psychological crisis intervention,so that they can pass through the critical period of life smoothly.At present,the academic research on psychological crisis mainly focuses on the cause analysis,the establishment of intervention mechanism and the exploration of coping methods.The existing psychological crisis intervention methods are mainly behavioral therapy,cognitive therapy and other intervention methods adopted by the crisis interveners to the parties concerned.There are few methods to prevent and intervene the psychological crisis through the adjustment of the parties themselves.Mindfulness is a state of consciousness created by paying attention to the present moment without judgment to the various experiences unfolding at the moment.The idea of mindfulness originated from the buddhist thought more than two thousand years ago.In the 1970 s and 1980 s,western psychologists began to apply mindfulness to the clinical trials of the treatment of chronic diseases such as cancer and hypertension.Through continuous exploration and development,scholars have verified that mindfulness has significant effects on improving individual mental health,reducing individual suicidal ideation and regulating individual emotions,and believed that mindfulness training can be carried out in a formal or informal way.Therefore,as a new way of psychological crisis intervention,mindfulness training has become the focus of academic research.This study by means of random sampling to xi 'an 4 a total of603 students in colleges and universities as the research object,through the five mindfulness scale(divided into observation,description,sentient of action,judgment and five dimensions)and college students' psychological crisis inventory(divided into suicidal ideation,physical symptoms,emotional symptoms,cognitive symptoms and behavior symptoms)in five dimensions for investigation and analysis,this paper select 36 homogeneity of psychological crisis.The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 18 people in each group.The experimental group received eight weeks of mindfulness training once a week for 90-120 minutes.Routine mental health education intervention was carried out in the control group.After completing the eight-week training,the members of the two groups were tested with the mindfulness five-factor scale and the college students' psychological crisistest scale respectively.The data obtained through Excle2007 and SPSS23.0 were analyzed and processed,and the following conclusions were obtained:1.According to the demographic analysis of the mindfulness level of college students and the degree of psychological crisis,there is a significant difference in the level of mindfulness on the land of origin(P<0.05),and the level of mindfulness of students in urban areas is significantly higher than that in rural areas.There were significant differences in the degree of psychological crisis among different grades and majors(P<0.05).The degree of psychological crisis was the highest in the sophomore year,followed by freshman,senior and junior.The degree of psychological crisis of liberal arts majors is significantly higher than that of science majors.2.Demographic analysis of the five dimensions of college students' psychological crisis shows that: on the five dimensions of psychological crisis,there are significant differences among students of different genders,grades,places of origin and majors.The mean of male suicidal ideation and emotional symptoms was significantly higher than that of female,and the mean of female physiological symptoms was significantly higher than that of male.The mean value of emotional and behavioral symptoms was significantly higher than that of other grades.The mean of emotional symptoms and behavioral symptoms of junior was lower than that of other grades.The mean value of emotional symptoms of liberal arts students was significantly higher than that of science students.However,there was no significant difference in the dimensions of psychological crisis among college students from different places.3.Make correlation and regression analysis on the five dimensions of college students' psychological crisis and their total scores and their total scores,and construct the structural equation model: the higher the level of mindfulness,the lower the degree of psychological crisis;The dimensions of mindfulness have different effects on the dimensions of psychological crisis.The effect of college students' mindfulness level on psychological crisis is mainly reflected in two dimensions: emotional symptoms and cognitive symptoms.Mindfulness training,by improving the individual's ability to accurately describe their reactions and focus on the present moment,urges the individual to take a non-judgmental attitude towards thinking and feeling,so as to regulate their own emotional peace and stability and improve the reasonable development of their cognitive ability.4.After the guidance of mindfulness intervention group,the objective data analysis of the experimental group and the control group as well as the subjective feelings of the test members showed that: the guidance of mindfulness intervention group can effectively improve the level of mindfulness of college students,reduce the degree of psychological crisis of college students,and promote the improvement of their mental health.5.College students' mental health education and ideological and political education have the same source of work and the complementarity of theory and method.More efforts to promote the integration of the two can make the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities more scientific and effective.Strengthening the integration of the two can be achieved by changing the old ideological and political education concepts,strengthening the training of mental health education work force,realizing the diversification of mental health education functions and strengthening the investment in mental health education institutions.6.The psychological crisis intervention of college students can be started from four aspects: individual,family,school and society.College students should fully understand themselves,learn to relax themselves,focus their attention and actively regulate their emotions.Parents are the first teachers of children.The cultivation of mindfulness plays an important role in the formation of good psychological quality,sound personality and correct values of college students.Colleges and universities should actively promote the deep integration of mental health education and ideological and political education,strengthen the life education,frustration education and other crisis education of college students,and actively build a social support system for college students;The rapid development of network information technology and the continuous strengthening of globalization provide more opportunities for college students to learn psychological crisis intervention and mindfulness training.
