| Community Foundation was appeared late in our country,it's a new thing in social organization filed.And there is no mature idea and experience.This paper attempts to analyze the development model of BJ SSCYM community foundation which is the first one in Beijing,based on the successful experience in American.It analyzes the positive role community foundation have played in community governance.The article attempts to summarize the existing performance managements,then identify potential problems.The paper tries to put forward the strategies of community foundation participating in community governance based on existing community foundation theory and development experience.The plural subjects 'cooperation is core of community governance.As the new innovative form of community governance,community foundation play a part in gathering power and participating in public welfare service.This paper study in community foundation participating in community governance and BJ SCCYM community foundation as example.I take a literature review in the paper,then clarify the current situation of community governance,and summarize the advantages and significance of community foundations participating in community governance.I put forward measures to improve community foundations participating in community governance based on the above summary and analysis.This paper use the Resource Dependence Theory as analysis framework to analyze.The study found that community foundation play an active role in participating in community governance.And it was affected by internal resources and external resources.The internal resources mainly include organization structure,human resources and credibility resources;The external resources mainly include the relationships with government ? enterprise and residents.Based on the above summarize and analysis,this paper try to propose countermeasures to make community foundations play more important role in participating in community governance. |
