Investigation And Study On Health Status And Knowledge-attitude-behavior Of Reproductive People In Y City Of Shanxi

Objective This study analysis the influencing factors of pre-pregnancy health status and KAP status by the investigation on the status of health status and pre-pregnancy health knowledge,attitude and behavior for reproductive people.And that is to find out the health risk population and determine the key objects of intervention,which can provide the practice that targeted pre-pregnancy health guidance and intervention measures and the scientific basis for improving the health and prenatal health awareness for men and women of childbearing age.Methods In this study,stratified sampling method was used to randomly select 200 reproductive people who volunteered to participate in the free pre-pregnancy eugenics health checkup in 5 counties and districts of Y City,Shanxi Province respectively,were selected as the survey subjects.The questionnaires,a total of 1000 participating groups,were investigated for prenatal health examination,prenatal care knowledge,attitude and behavior of pre-pregnancy in questionnaire survey.Using Epi Data3.1 and SPSS22.0 to establish the database and data analysis,more specifically,count data utilization and composition ratio to describe,univariate analysis using the chi-square test,multivariate analysis using Logistic regression analysis,the KAP analysis using Spearman rank correlation analysis,and using the method of stratified analysis to analyse the interaction between KAP and health status.Results1.Pre-pregnancy health status of reproductive people In the reproductive people medical examination,the examination showed no abnormality is the general population,which is 803 people,accounting for 82.4% of the population.There are one or more abnormal belongs to the risk population,a total of 171 people,accounting for 17.6% of the population.2.The influencing factors of pre-pregnancy health for reproductive people Teachers,civil servants and staff(OR=3.689?95%CI:1.307-10.414),payment by commercial medical insurance(OR=2.454?95%CI:1.048-5.746),nonsmoking(OR=1.966?95%CI:1.238-3.122)and nondrinking(OR=3.250?95%CI: 2.150-4.912)were better by multifactor analysis.3.The status of KAP about pre-pregnancy health among reproductive people.The 60% of the question that the respondents answer the knowledge,attitude,behavior of the various parts of were considered the part of the pass.Among the three dimensions,the highest rate of attitude and passing rate was 82.9%,the passing rate of knowledge was 67.2%,and the lowest rate of passing rate was 49.3%.4.The influencing factors of pre-pregnancy health knowledge,attitude and behavior Education for bachelor degree(OR=5.129 ? 95%CI:2.343-11.231),the master's degree(OR=4.846?95%CI:1.442-16.280),the payment for medical expenses is the new rural cooperative medical system(OR=1.978?95%CI:1.292-3.027)and the basic medical insurance for urban workers(OR=2.983?95%CI:1.574-5.656)have a higher pass rate by multiple factor analysis.Women of bearing-age(OR=2.844?95%CI:1.960-4.127)have a higher pass rate by multiple factors.Women of bearing-age(OR=3.685 ?95%CI:2.714-5.003),and medical workers(OR=7.896?95%CI:3.287-18.969)have a higher pass rate by multiple factors analysis.5.The correlation analysis of KAP There was a positive correlation between KAP.The correlation between attitude and behavior was relatively high(r=0.272,P<0.01),the correlation between knowledge part and attitude part was the second(r=0.211,P<0.01),and the correlation between the knowledge part and the behavioral part was the lowest(r=0.179,P<0.01).Conclusion 1.The health status of reproductive people in Y city of Shanxi province is well,the risk population is fewer and the proportion is lower.Reproductive people have a less comprehensive understanding of preconception care,more positive attitudes towards preconception care,and poorer health related behaviors during pregnancy.2.The factors influencing the pre-pregnancy health status of the people of reproductive people include age,sex,occupation,payment of medical expenses,smoking status,drinking condition.The factors affecting the preconception care knowledge of reproductive people include the degree of education,whether the relatives have medical workers,whether they live with their parents,and payment of medical expenses;the influencing factors of preconception care attitude of reproductive people include age and sex;the influencing factors of preconception care behavior of reproductive people are income,sex and occupation.3.It is necessary to carry out targeted pre-pregnancy health education and services for different target groups.According to the status of health to carry out different health education,the general health of the population should give prenatal health education and prenatal counseling,while the risk population should put forward suggestions and intervention measures and follow the guidance in time according to the individual exposure.
