The Observation On The Clinic Treatment Effect Of Wenjingtongluo Decoction For Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using Wen Jing Tongluo recipe to treat spastic hemiplegic syndrome of cerebral apoplexy,which belongs to Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods: a randomized controlled trial was used,according to the diagnostic criteria and the formula of sample size,72 samples were drawn up and 66 cases were collected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,33 cases in each group,and the two groups were treated with the same basic treatment,that is,the internal medicine routine medication(flipping plaque,anti platelet aggregation)And rehabilitation training.The treatment group was treated with the combination of warming meridians and dredging collaterals on basic treatment.Before and after three months of treatment,the two groups were scored by MAS score,ADL score and TCM syndrome score,and the results were statistically analyzed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results: there was no significant difference in MAS score,ADL score and TCM syndrome score in the two groups(P > 0.05),suggesting that the two groups were comparable.After three months of treatment,the two groups were again given MAS score,ADL score and TCM syndrome score score,suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the combination of Wen Jing Tongluo recipe combined with basic treatment can obviously improve the daily living level of the spastic hemiplegic syndrome in the recovery period of stroke,reduce the degree of hemiplegic limb spasm and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
