| Research purpose:Through the study,improve the degree of observation of TCM Comprehensive Therapy and modern rehabilitation therapy on patients with hemiplegia after stroke hypermyotonia,motor function and daily life ability disorder and clinical validity,provided the reference for further research and clinical treatment.Research methods:This topic is part of the 12th Five-Year National Science and technology support program of the specification of TCM rehabilitation spasticity after stroke,the study referring to Wang Yafeng results of the sample,the use of calculation software(STATA)to calculate the sample size of 252 cases in each group,and taking into account the visit rate of 20%,then calculate the required sample size for 1208 cases divided into four groups,each group samples a total of 302 cases,the total sample size of this center is responsible for the 152 cases,we consider the number of cases of existing group A of 21 cases and 23 cases in group B,to be our control group and treatment group as the subject of analysis,in the group A(modern rehabilitation)as the control group,group B(Comprehensive TCM treatment method combined with modern rehabilitation)as treatment group,observation index is used to assess the muscle tone(modified Ashworth),simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function and activities of daily living(modified Barthel Index).The two groups were treated for four weeks,the observation time were before treatment,as well as two weeks and four weeks after treatment.Research results:Results:by statistical analysis,(1)Between the two groups of spasticity assessment decreased,after treatment two weeks and four weeks after the test results showed that p>0.05 was no significant difference in the two groups;Two groups compared with before treatment,the treatment group in two weeks and four weeks after treatment,through the test results p<0.05 difference was statistically significant,while the control group after two weeks and four weeks after treatment,through the test results p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference.The total effect of muscle spasm between the two groups was observed,and the results of p>0.05 were not statistically significant after two weeks and four weeks of treatment.(2)The simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score and daily life self-care ability score were compared.After two weeks of treatment two weeks and four weeks,the results showed that there was no significant difference in p>0.05 between the two groups.The difference between the two groups in the two weeks and four weeks after treatment was compared.The results of the test were p>0.05,and there was no significant difference.In the two groups,the results of the internal treatment for two weeks and four weeks after the treatment were all p<0.05,and there were significant differences.The results showed that the score of the two groups was obviously increased,and it was effective in improving the function of sports and improving the self-care ability of daily life.Research conclusion:(1)Two groups of muscle spasticity evaluation in terms of progression decline degree,the treatment group muscle spasm degree decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant.The two groups of muscle spasticity total curative effect evaluation,statistical results had no significant difference,may be due to disease course,shorter observation time or less sample size.(2)Two groups of treatment,for patients with motor function and daily life ability were improved,and the treatment group in the treatment after four weeks,and the difference between before treatment score higher than the control group,but no significant difference in results,may be a short treatment cycle,the sample size is too small or the interaction of various factors,leading to the statistical results of bias,then need to verify the research of large sample,(3)the two groups of patients all successfully completed the treatment course,without adverse reactions,and had good safety. |
