Clinical Study On Fumigation Of Shu-jin-huan-jing-tang In Improving Spasticity Of Hemiplegic Limbs After Stroke

Objective:The patients with hemiplegic limb spasm after stroke were fumigated with Shu-jin-huan-jing-tang in order to observe the improvement of spasticity,motor function and activities of daily living in patients with hemiplegic limb spasm after stroke.to explore the clinical efficacy of Shu-jin-huan-jing-tang in the treatment of hemiplegic limb spasm after stroke,to provide new ideas for the treatment of hemiplegic limb spasm after stroke,and to enrich the application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in clinical rehabilitation.Methods:Sixty-six patients with hemiplegic limb spasm after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random control.The subjects in the two groups were given basic treatment and rehabilitation training after stroke,and the treatment group was treated with Shu-jin-huan-jing-tang fumigation.Once a day,6 times a week for a total of 4 weeks of treatment.Before and after treatment,the degree of spasm(the modified Ashworth scale,MAS),motor function(the Fugl-Meyer assessment of function,FMA)and activities of daily living(the modified Barthel index,MBI)of the two groups were evaluated by standardized evaluation scale,and the data were recorded.SPSS23.0 database was established for statistical analysis to evaluate the difference in curative effect between the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of the curative effect in the group after treatment: after 4 weeks of treatment,the degree of spasm(MAS),limb motor function(FMA)and activities of daily living(MBI)of the two groups were improved,which were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect between groups after treatment: after 4 weeks of treatment,the degree of spasm(MAS),limb motor function(FMA)and ability of daily living(MBI)in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.During the whole study,there were no adverse reactions among the subjects.Conclusion:Shu-jin-huan-jing-tang fumigation is a safe,reliable,non-toxic and side effect treatment method,which can relieve limb spasm,improve limb motor function,and help stroke patients to reconstruct exercise patterns.improve activities of daily living and quality of life.
