ObjectiveThe objective of this study is to explore the effect of traditional collapse therapy of Chinese medicine combined with posture placement on the upper limb spasm of patients with ischemic stroke, including the improvement of patients' muscle tension and motor function, with a view to providing a safe, reliable, and effective comprehensive nursing methods to speed up the rehabilitation process and help patients get rid of the disease as soon as possible.MethodsA total of 144 patients with ischemic stroke and upper limb spasm who were admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy and Rehabilitation of a top three hospital in Changchun from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected according to the inclusion? and exclusion criteria. They were randomly divided into observation group:72 cases?control group:72 cases. The control group was given posture placement and conventional nursing. On this basis, the observation group was given traditional collapse therapy of Chinese medicine. The intervention was 6 days a week for 3 weeks. The modified Ashworsh spasm rating scale(MAS)and simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA)were used as the efficacy observation indicators. After 3 weeks, the clinical improvement effects of the two groups were compared.Statistical data SPSS 24.0 was used to analyze the data,P<0.05,indicating a statistical difference.Results1.Before clinical intervention, the basic information, muscle tension and motor function of the upper limbs of the hemiplegic side were not statistically different(P>0.05),and were comparable.2.Muscle tension(1)After 3 weeks of clinical intervention, compared with the control group, the spasm rating reduction and the total clinical effect of muscle tension in the observation group were more significant. After statistical analysis,P<0.05,indicating a statistical difference.(2)Compared with the pre-intervention,the modified Ashworsh spasm rating of the twogroups decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.motor function of upper limb(1)After 3 weeks of clinical intervention, the FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Compared with the pre-intervention,the FMA scores of the two groups were improved after clinical intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion1.For the treatment of upper limb spasm in patients with ischemic stroke, traditional collapse therapy of Chinese medicine combined with posture placement is safe, reliable and effective.2.For the treatment of upper limb spasm in patients with ischemic stroke, traditional collapse therapy of Chinese medicine combined with posture placement and simple posture placement can alleviate the state of upper limb spasm in patients to a certain extent, including reducing muscle tone of the spastic limb?improve the motor function of the upper limbs.3.Compared with the simple posture placement, the Chinese medicine collapse combined with the posture placement has a better clinical effect on the improvement of upper limb spasm in patients with ischemic stroke.
