| Objective: To observe the effect of Qihong Capsule on patients with chronic heart failure Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome Methods: Sixty-two inpatients who were diagnosed as chronic heart failure at the Heart Center of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2015 to September 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases)Western medicine are given to chronic heart failure treatment,the experimental group plus Qihong capsules,the control group plus Qi Qiang Qiangxin capsule.The two groups were evaluated on clinical symptom scores,NT-proBNP,heart failure diagnostic criteria scores,Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale,6-minute walking distance,left ventricular ejection fraction,and left ventricular ejection fraction at enrollment and after 12 weeks of treatment Changes in the two indicators before and after treatment.Results: After 12 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference(P <0.05)between the two groups in clinical symptom score,NT-proBNP,diagnostic criteria of heart failure,Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale.Conclusion: Qi Hong capsule combined with western medicine based on the comprehensive treatment program can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure and improve physical fitness and quality of life of patients with treatment and Qi Qiang Qiangxin capsules. |
