| Objective:To observe the effects of the Suixin capsule on serum angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)levels in rats with Chronic heart failure (CHF), and to analysis the effects of the clinical therapeutic efficacy in patients with CHF.To explore the function mechanism of in the treatment of CHF in order to benefit the clinical and provide scientific theory.Methods:1.Sixty-four SPF SD male rats were randomly divided into two groups:the model group(48 rats) and feignde operation group(16 rats).According to coarctation of abdmomial aorta CHF rat model can be established,5 weeks later, selecting 6 rats from each group to measure the serum BNP level of rats to prooft the chronic heart failure model had success,then randomly divided the remaining model group into 3 groups(the model group, captopril group, the Suixin capsule group). All the animals were perfused drugs into stomach once a day for 12 weeks; the feignde operation group were perfused equal amounts of distilled water.The general condition of rats are evaluated.After the experimental treatment ended,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method to measure the serum AngⅡlevel of rats.2.Sixty cases CHF patients (TCM term heart of kidney-Yang deficiency) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group has thirty patients. Patients in control group were treated by western medicine,while patients in the treatment group were treated by Suixin capsule 5 capsules everytime,there times everyday on the basis of the conventional treatment.One month was a treatment, continuous treatment for 6 month.TCM symptom and the cardiac function of all patients were observde.Results:1.The animal experiment:(1)AngⅡof serum of rat in the model group,captopril group and the Suixin capsule group is higher than in the feignde group (P<0.01).(2)AngⅡof serum of rat in the treatment groups is lower than in model group (P< 0.01).(3)AngⅡof serum of rat between the Suixin capsule group and captopril group without notable differences (P>0.05). 2. Clinical observation(1)the two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndr-ome integral effect comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group for 90.3% and the control group for 73.3%,it without notable differences (P<0.05).(2) the two groups of patients after treatment of their hearts function level curative effect comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group for 90.0% and the control group for 80.0%,it without notable differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The experiment reaserch result indicates that the AngⅡof serum in rats with CHF were increased, This was consistent with the recent years some research results.2. The Suixin capsule can decrease the AngⅡof serum in rats with CHF,which indicated the Suixin capsule maybe has the function of inhibit the excessive activation on RAAS when chronic heart failure. This maybe one of the mechanism about the Suixin capsule treat patients with CHF.3. TCM symptom and cardiac function had be ameliorated significantly by using Suixin capsule. |
