Comparison Of Effects Between LCZ696 And Qiliqingxin Capsule For Treating Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To determine the curative effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule and entresto in the treatment of chronic heart failure and the evaluation of long-term prognosis.Methods:In 2018,80 patients with heart failure were admitted to A Hospital and B Hospital,including 40 patients from A Hospital and 40 patients from B Hospital,According to the treatment in different hospitals,the patients in the two study groups were divided into two groups: routine treatment + Qiliqiangxin capsule(0.3g per capsule,4 capsules per time,3 times a day)treatment group or routine treatment +entresto(lcz696)(100 mg,2 times a day)treatment group,each group was 40 people.Routine treatment + lcz696 group was the observation group,routine treatment +Qiliqiangxin capsule was the control group.both groups were treated for 6 months.Result:Left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),six minute walking test,resting heart rate of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),Adverse events(renal insufficiency,cholesterol levels).Results the LVEF,6min walking test,NT-proBNP level and resting heart rate of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05);the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the walking distance of 6 min was longer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The level of NT proBNP in plasma was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).there was no significant difference between the blood glucose,creatinine,total cholesterol and the control group(P > 0.05),indicating that the adverse events were similar to the control group.Conclusion:patients who with chronic heart failure,the combination of entresto with routine treatment of heart failure and Qiliqiangxin capsule with routine treatment of heart failure can effectively improve the symptoms of heart failure,increase the walking distance of 6 minutes,increase the LVEF value,reduce the level of NT-proBNP in plasma and resting heart rate,However,for increasing LVEF and 6-min walking distance,and improving activity tolerance,the combination of entresto and routine treatment of heart failure is more effective than that of Qiliqiangxin capsule and routine treatment of heart failure.In terms of adverse events,it can be seen from the analysis of the two groups that the adverse events of the observation group and the treatment group are the same,and they do not significantly change the renal function indicators and the level of total cholesterol.
