Clinical Observation Of The Particle Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure In Cardiac Tongmai Qdbs Water Stop Permit

Purpose:To observe the clinical symptoms improvement and the effect of CHF by the use of qiangxintongmai Granule.Material and Method:60 cases of CHF were randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group,each group contains 30 cases.the control group was treated by routine WM(western medical)therapy while the treatment group was treated with western medicine as well as qiangxintongmai Granule. Then the difference of TCM syndrome between pretreatment and posttreatment,the effect on individual TCM symptoms,the change of TCM syndrome scores and improvement of individuals during every phase were observed in three months.Result:1.The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%,compared with 63.33% in control group. Curative effect were compared between the reatment group and the control group,P﹤0.05,there was significant difference in statistics.2.Compared each group,s pretreatment with posttreatment in TCM syndrome scores, P﹤0.01,there was significant difference in statistics;Compared posttreated TCM syndrome scores between the two groups,P﹤0.01,there was significant di- fference in statistics.3.The effect of individual TCM symptoms was compared between the two groups, P﹤0.05 or P<0.01,there was significant difference in statistics.The treatment group is superior to the control group. the Oliguria was most significantly improved in individual effective symptoms of patients in treatment group.In degree of functioning,the improvement of the choking sensation in chest was at the first rank.the symptom of heart-throb was mostly improved in the overall effective rate of individual symptoms.4.The individual improved symptoms were compared in the treat group during di- fferent phrases.Chest distress(ache),breathe hard,Lower Limb Edema was mostly improved in the 1st month;then the improvment of lacking in strength,Oligurie was a climb to the top in 2nd month;we got a best treatment effect of heart-throb lip-dark abdominal distension in the last month.Conclusion:1.Qiangxintongmai Granule is very effective to CHF.2.Qiangxintongmai Granule can reduce the scores of TCM syndrome markedly.3.Qiangxintongmai Granule can obviously ease CHF symptoms such as heart-throb , chest distress(ache), oligurie,etc.
